  • Timely Request: Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe from the date of purchase, as outlined for each specific program or product.
  • Non-Commencement of Service: For coaching programs or workshops, a full refund may be issued if the service has not yet commenced (e.g., before the first session, workshop start date, or course access granted).
  • Unused Digital Products: For digital products (e.g., e-books, templates), a refund may be considered if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or demonstrably used.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Kapil Sidher Coaching.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

Generally, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • After Commencement/Access: No refunds will be issued for coaching programs once sessions have begun, or for online courses/digital products once access has been granted and the content has been substantially accessed or downloaded.
  • Partial Completion: No refunds (full or partial) will be issued for partially completed coaching programs or online courses.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted simply due to a change of mind or personal circumstances unrelated to the quality or delivery of the service/product.
  • Results Not Guaranteed: While we provide proven strategies and dedicated support, individual results in direct selling depend heavily on personal effort, market conditions, and application. Therefore, refunds are not issued based on a guarantee of specific financial or business outcomes.
  • Promotional/Discounted Items: Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or at a discounted rate may be non-refundable. Please check specific promotion terms.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred from third-party services (e.g., payment gateway fees) are generally non-refundable.

  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Full refund if cancelled within 3 days of purchase AND before the first session. No refund after the first session.
  • Online Course: Full refund if requested within 3 Days of purchase AND course content has less than 10% completion/access. No refund beyond this.
  • Live Workshop/Webinar: Refund available if cancelled 3 Days before the event. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 3 Days of the event.

  3. Reason for the refund request.
